What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Aureva-Savannah, the delivery time may be slightly longer than you are used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to keep our prices as low as possible.
The average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I have not received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, it is possible that your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If the stated delivery period has passed and you still have not received your package, please send an email to support@ovavi-stockholm.com. We will immediately investigate what happened to your shipment.
I want to return or exchange my order — how do I do this?
To return an item, please contact our customer service at info@aureva-savannah.com . Include your name, order number (for example, #0000) as provided in your confirmation email, and the reason for the return.
We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return request. Once confirmed, you can send the product back using any shipping carrier of your choice.
How much does it cost to return an item?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost depends on the shipping carrier you choose. Please check the carrier’s website for current pricing information.
What are the conditions for returning a product?
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order. A return is only valid if the following conditions are met:
- The withdrawal period has not expired;
- The product is in its original packaging and all labels are attached;
- The product has not been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via PayPal, USDZ, credit cards, and Klarna. If you are unsure whether your payment method is supported, please follow the steps on the payment page, where you will see all available options.

I have not received an order confirmation — what should I do?
This should not happen, of course. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@aureva-savannah.com , and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please send an email as soon as possible to info@aureva-savannah.com and include your name, order number (for example, #0000), and preferably the reason for the cancellation.
