Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the return shipping costs from you to the online store are your responsibility. Please check the return shipping cost with your chosen carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company together with all included accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and original packaging.
