Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the business and to every distance agreement and order concluded between the business and the consumer.

Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the business will indicate before the distance agreement is concluded that the Terms and Conditions can be inspected at the business’s premises and that they will be sent free of charge to the consumer as soon as possible upon request.

If the distance agreement is concluded electronically, the text of these Terms and Conditions may, contrary to the previous paragraph and before the agreement is concluded, be provided electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store it on a durable medium.

If this is not reasonably possible, the business will indicate before the agreement is concluded where the Terms and Conditions can be viewed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge to the consumer electronically or otherwise upon request.

If, in addition to these Terms and Conditions, specific product or service conditions apply, the above paragraphs apply accordingly, and in the event of conflicting terms, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favorable to them.

If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are at any time wholly or partially invalid or declared void, the agreement and these Terms and Conditions will otherwise remain in effect. The invalid provision will immediately be replaced by mutual agreement with a provision that comes as close as possible to the purpose of the original provision.

Situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions must be assessed according to the spirit and purpose of these Terms and Conditions.

Any uncertainty regarding the interpretation or meaning of one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted according to the spirit and purpose of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated in the offer.

The offer is non-binding. The business has the right to modify and adjust the offer.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow the consumer to properly evaluate the offer. If the business uses images, these images shall accurately represent the products and/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the business.

All images, specifications, and information in the offer are indicative only and cannot be used as grounds for compensation or cancellation of the agreement.

Images of products are a truthful representation of the products offered. The business cannot guarantee that displayed colors exactly match the actual colors of the products.

Each offer contains sufficient information to make it clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are connected to accepting the offer. This includes in particular:

  • the price, excluding customs declaration costs and import VAT. These additional costs are paid and assumed by the customer. The postal and/or courier service will apply the special regulations for postal and courier services upon import. These regulations apply when goods are imported into the EU country of final destination. The postal and/or courier service will collect VAT (possibly together with customs declaration costs) from the recipient of the goods;
  • any shipping costs;
  • how the agreement will be concluded and what actions are required for this;
  • whether the right of withdrawal applies or not;
  • payment methods, delivery, and performance of the agreement;
  • the deadline for accepting the offer or the period during which the business guarantees the stated price;
  • the amount of distance communication costs, if these are calculated differently from the regular basic rate for the communication method used;
  • whether the agreement will be archived after conclusion and, if so, how the consumer can access it;
  • how the consumer can review and, if necessary, correct the information they have provided before concluding the agreement;
  • any languages other than Swedish in which the agreement may be concluded;
  • the codes of conduct to which the business is subject and how the consumer can consult these electronically;
  • the minimum duration of the agreement in the case of an ongoing agreement.

Optional: available sizes, colors, and material types.
